Working draft, pending legal review. This describes our intended practices and will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

1. What we collect

Only what is needed to run a free account and the map: the items below, plus basic technical logs.

2. Account data

Your email and authentication identity, held by our auth provider. Used to sign you in and operate your account.

3. Submission data

Leads, corrections, and content you submit, plus their status. Submitted content may be reviewed and published.

4. Logbook privacy

Your logbook is private to your account by default and is not shown publicly unless you choose to share.

5. Credential upload sensitivity

Credentials you upload for rank verification may include sensitive material. They are stored privately and used only for verification. Do not upload documents you are not comfortable sharing for review.

6. Payment processor note

If you support the project or buy goods, payment is handled by a third-party processor. We do not store full card details.

7. Store provider note

Physical orders may be handled by a third-party store and fulfillment provider, subject to their own privacy terms.

8. Analytics and cookies

Analytics and cookie usage are still being finalized. We intend to keep tracking minimal, and this section will list exactly what we collect, and why, before launch.

9. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see below).

10. Children under 13

Legend Heading is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
