1. Educational use

Legend Heading is a reference map of legends, historic sites, and the rules around searching. It is provided for learning and entertainment.

2. Not legal advice

Nothing here is legal advice. Law summaries may be incomplete or out of date. Always verify locally before acting.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for your own conduct, including obeying all laws, obtaining permissions, and respecting protected sites.

4. Real-world activity risk

Searching, digging, diving, detecting, and travel carry real risk. You assume all risk of any activity you undertake.

5. Account responsibility

A free Fellowship account is yours to safeguard. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Content submissions

Content you submit must be lawful and yours to share. You grant Legend Heading a license to display and edit submissions for the map. Do not submit protected-site coordinates or unlawful guidance.

7. Community behavior

Participation is governed by the Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal or suspension.

8. Payments and store purchases

Core features are free. If optional support or store purchases are offered, they are handled by third-party processors and governed by additional terms at the point of sale. Paid status never unlocks core research features.

9. No guarantee of finds

Legend Heading makes no promise that any treasure exists, is recoverable, or is lawful to recover.
